These terms govern every order placed through peptidepilots.com. Placing an order means you accept them, together with our research-use and restricted-products policies.

1. The contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline the order for any lawful reason, including stock, eligibility or compliance checks.

2. Products and descriptions

Product images are illustrative. Specifications, purity figures and batch data are those stated on the certificate of analysis supplied with the batch you receive. We may improve or change packaging and presentation without notice.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude shipping unless stated.
  • Taxes, duties and import charges applicable in the destination country are payable by you.
  • Payment is taken in full before dispatch. Orders are not reserved until payment clears.
  • Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch; you may cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery, title and risk

Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address given; title passes when payment is received in full. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or shortage within 7 days.

5. Your obligations

You must use the products only for laboratory research, keep them out of reach of unauthorised persons, and not resupply them for human or veterinary use. Breach of this clause entitles us to cancel future orders without refund of shipping costs already incurred.

6. Liability

Products are supplied without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be amended or cancelled only before dispatch. See our returns and refunds policy for what happens afterwards.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Peptide Pilots is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction. Full entity details appear on our legal information page.
