Research-use and customer-eligibility policy

1. Research use only

All materials are sold exclusively for scientific and laboratory research. They are not medicines, food, supplements, cosmetics or veterinary products, and they are not intended for human or animal administration, therapeutic, diagnostic or clinical use.

2. Who may purchase

• You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher).
• You are ordering on behalf of, or as a qualified individual working within, a research organisation, laboratory, university, clinical research facility or comparable entity.
• You have the training, facilities and procedures needed to handle research chemicals of unknown hazard safely.
• You are not purchasing for resale to consumers, for personal use, or for onward supply for human or veterinary administration.

3. Declaration at checkout

By placing an order you declare that the statements above are true, that you have read this policy, and that you accept sole responsibility for the storage, handling, use and disposal of the materials supplied.

4. Verification and refusal

We may ask for institutional details, a purchase order, or other reasonable evidence of eligibility before dispatch. We may refuse, cancel or refund any order at our discretion, including where we believe the intended use is unlawful or unsafe, or where the ordering pattern is inconsistent with laboratory research.

5. Your legal responsibility

You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national and international laws, licensing requirements and institutional approvals that apply to obtaining, possessing and using these materials. Peptide Pilots accepts no liability for misuse or for any outcome arising from use of the products.
