This notice explains how Peptide Pilots handles personal data collected through peptidepilots.com and in the course of supplying research materials.

1. Data we collect

  • Order data: name, organisation, billing and delivery address, email, phone.
  • Eligibility data: institutional details or documentation you send to support an order.
  • Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation and the last digits of the card, never the full card number.
  • Correspondence: messages you send us and our replies.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, pages visited.

2. Why we process it

  • To take, verify, fulfil and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
  • To meet legal, tax, customs and record-keeping duties (legal obligation).
  • To prevent fraud, misuse and prohibited supply (legitimate interests).
  • To send marketing, only where you have opted in (consent, withdrawable at any time).

3. Who we share it with

Payment processors, carriers and customs brokers, our accountants and IT providers, and public authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

4. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside your country, we rely on recognised safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

5. Retention

Order, tax and customs records are kept for the statutory period applicable to us (commonly six to ten years). Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Marketing consents are kept until withdrawn.

6. Your rights
