Shipping and destination restrictions
Last updated 7 August 2026
Lyophilised peptides are shipped as research chemicals, correctly declared, with documentation appropriate to the destination.
1. Dispatch
In-stock orders are picked and dispatched on working days once payment has cleared and any eligibility checks are complete. You will receive tracking details by email at dispatch.
2. Packaging and cold chain
Vials are supplied lyophilised and are stable for short periods at ambient temperature. Where a product requires it, shipments include an insulated pack and coolant. On arrival, store as stated on the vial and product page — normally refrigerated or frozen, protected from light.
3. Addresses we ship to
- We prefer institutional, laboratory or business addresses.
- We do not ship to freight-forwarders, parcel lockers or anonymised re-shipping services.
- Someone must be available to receive and refrigerate temperature-sensitive shipments.
4. Destination restrictions
Some countries prohibit or license the import of research peptides. We do not ship where import would be unlawful, where carriers refuse the commodity, or where a destination is subject to sanctions or export controls. If a restriction applies to your address we will cancel and refund the order in full.
5. Customs, duties and import clearance
You are the importer of record. Duties, import VAT, broker fees and any licence or permit required in the destination country are your responsibility. Shipments seized, refused or destroyed by customs are not refundable where the cause was a missing permit or a restriction applying at your address.
6. Delays, loss and damage
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and carrier delays are outside our control. Report non-delivery within 21 days of dispatch and visible damage or shortage within 7 days of arrival, with photographs, so we can raise a carrier claim.
